Should I call you or my insurance first?
Us. Stopping the water and documenting the damage comes first, and insurers expect you to prevent further loss. We photograph everything as we work; those photos go to you for the claim.
Can you fix it tonight or just cap it?
Fix it, in almost every case. Trucks are stocked for copper and PEX repairs; capping is a last resort we'd only use on exotic pipe we need to source.
What about the water damage?
We stop the source and extract standing water. For soaked drywall and flooring we work alongside the restoration company of your choice, or refer a reputable local one. We don't take kickbacks.
