San Antonio Plumber Co. started in 2012 with one truck and a simple gripe: too many people getting quoted one price on the phone and a different one on the invoice. We built the whole company around killing that experience: flat-rate quotes you approve before work starts, the same price at 2am as 2pm, and a visit that's free if we can't fix the problem.
Today our trucks cover every neighborhood inside and around Loop 1604, stocked for the failures San Antonio homes actually have: hard-water-killed water heaters, root-invaded clay sewer laterals, slab leaks in shifting clay soil. Most jobs finish the same visit because the parts are already on the truck.
